Tackling Negative Thoughts Associated with Trauma (Ukraine War)

We have access to social media, newspapers, and the news 24/7, which means we overconsume often negative, distressing, and worrying information relating to war and trauma. This session aims to provide ways to limit consumption of negative and distressing information and practical ways to deal with negative thoughts.

  • Learn how to gain control over negative thoughts and turn them into neutral or positive ones.
  • Help to conquer unhealthy and unhelpful habits.
  • Establish positive ways to stay optimistic during a time of crisis.
