Mental Health Is Personal, Real, and Transformative (World Mental Health Day 2021)

This year, for World Mental Health Day 2021, we have built off the World Federation of Mental Health theme "Mental Health in an Unequal World" with a free, online recorded seminar entitled Mental Health: Real, Personal, and Transformative. This session will include

  • Knowing how to be an agent of change for mental health
  • Normalizing conversations about mental health
  • Exploring ways to access mental health support and provide support to others
  • Learning how people, groups, and movements around the globe promote mental health in different ways
