Tackling Negative Thoughts Associated with Trauma (Ukraine War)

This session aims to provide ways to limit consumption of negative and distressing information and practical ways to deal with negative thoughts.

  • Help to conquer unhealthy and unhelpful habits.
  • Establish positive ways to stay optimistic during a time of crisis.
