Regaining Connectivity, Certainty, and Control (International Stress Awareness Day 2021)

International Stress Awareness Day is held on November 3rd, and this year's theme is "Regaining Connectivity, Certainty, and Control." Stress levels worldwide reached a record of 40 percent in 2020. It is therefore clear that there is a critical need for raising awareness about stress prevention. International Stress Awareness Day focuses on stress management and campaigning against the stigma associated with stress and mental health issues.
