Addressing Anxiety

Learn how to recognize and manage anxiety to actively combat the physical and mental effects in a practical way.

You do not need to register in advance to attend Online Seminars. Seminars will be pre-recorded and uploaded on a set date each month. You can view the audiovisual presentation and download all accompanying materials at that time.

The purpose of asking for your name and email address on the registration page ahead of the recorded Online Seminar is to generate and email you a completion certificate. You must view the Online Seminar until the end and fully complete the survey (all multiple choice and open-text questions) to receive a completion certificate. The certificate will be automatically sent to the email address you entered on the registration page. (Please check your email spam or junk folder if you did not receive the email with your certificate.)
