Accepting Aging: Yourself and Others

As we notice physical and mental changes in our parents or older loved ones, it can cause us to contemplate our own aging. In this session, we will look at "normal" age-related changes and also identify ways for you to come to terms with your own aging.

At any time while viewing the Online Seminar, if you have questions about the seminar, please type them into the "Ask a question" box located to the left of the video window. You will receive an emailed answer within five business days.
